Calling all students (18+) and recent graduates:

Applications are open to join Bassam and his crew for Spring internships, hosted by the very cool Bit Films Incubator Program at Hampshire College, Massachusetts.

Helmed by Chris Perry, formerly of Pixar and Rhythm & Hues, the program draws together a number of interesting projects and a lot of talent, so although the internships are unpaid, it promises to be a very stimulating and fruitful space.

The internship period runs from January 25 through May 14. Please note that applications are due (via email) no later than Monday, January 4 at 5pm (EST).

I have created another small free models pack. They are under CC licence again. You can use them in your personal, commercial projects without worrying about any fees. For more details and possible restrictions please check out the included .txt files. The only main restriction on these models is that you cannot sell these models under yoruname or someone else`s name.

Earlier this week Jarred escaped departed for his hometown in South Africa for winter break. He’ll be sorely missed by all of us in the drome, both tube and caldera team. The good news is we expect him back in mid-January, and we have located a suitably sized grindstone.
